1. What you are buying
Roulette Black 2.0 is statistical tracking software. It records the results of roulette spins in your open session, counts how often each number, colour, dozen and column has appeared, compares those counts against their expected values, and keeps a ledger of your sessions.
The licence gives you access to the software on every supported platform, for the account you register.
2. What the software does not do
The software does not predict results. Roulette spins are independent events: the outcome of one spin carries no information about the next. No feature of this product, and no product of any kind, can change that.
The software does not alter the odds of any game, does not interact with any casino system, and does not guarantee any financial outcome. It reads publicly displayed results and reports statistics on them.
Any claim you may see elsewhere attributing a hit rate, accuracy percentage or profit guarantee to this software is not made by us and is not accurate.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher. You are responsible for checking that using this software is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We will never ask you for it by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other channel. One licence covers personal use by one person.
We may suspend an account for sharing credentials, attempting to resell access, or attempting to interfere with the service.
5. Free trial
The trial is limited to one per device. We register a technical signature of the device to enforce this. Attempting to circumvent the limit may result in loss of access.
6. Payment and delivery
The licence is a single payment in the currency shown for your region. Card and cryptocurrency payments are usually activated within five minutes. PayPal is processed manually and may take up to six hours.
Access credentials are delivered to the email address used at purchase.
7. Refunds
There are no refunds after credentials are delivered. The free trial exists so that you can evaluate the software before paying. See the refund policy for the full terms.
8. Liability
The software is provided as is. We are not liable for gambling losses, for decisions you make while using the software, or for interruptions caused by third parties such as casinos, payment processors or your internet provider.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date at the top.
